Gordon Graber, Esq.
Affiliation: Partner, Sullivan and Graber
Gordon Graber is a founding partner at Sullivan and Graber with offices in Morristown, New Jersey and New York City. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and Rule 1:40 qualified mediator by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Gordon is admitted to the state Bars of New Jersey, New York and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
Gordon completed his Bachelor’s Degree graduating with distinction from the University of Rochester and earned his law degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey Law School in 1977. He is a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Foundation.
Gordon and his wife Helen reside in Mendham. They have two adult children, Devin and Brette, living in Seoul, South Korea and New York City. Gordon has been a proud board member since 2004 and currently serves as Chair.
Francis J. Bastone
Affiliation: Retired Town Administrator, Montville
I am a retired career municipal administrator with a career spanning 4 decades serving local governments in northern New Jersey. My motivation to serve on the Board of Directors is that my background will be of benefit to MCOHA in its mission of providing service and community integration in furtherance of our strong heritage as a nation of immigrants. Professionally, I am now a part-time municipal management consultant and a part time yacht broker. I have served as my Community Association President for over 10 years. In my leisure time I am a life-long ice hockey player and an international cruising and racing sailor.

Reynaldo Caudillo is founder and president of Los Caudillos International, Inc. (LCII) a professional business and market-consulting firm headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey. LCII helps companies reach and capture their share of growing U.S. Hispanic and Latin American market. Prior to creating LCII, Mr. Caudillo enjoyed a 25-year career with AT & T where he held key managerial positions in Computer Systems, International Data Services, Market Research, Advertising, New Business Strategy and Development, and in U.S. Hispanic Marketing.
Mr. Caudillo has served the Hispanic Community through a variety of non-profit organizations. He is president emeritus of the Morris County Hispanic- American Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board of Cornerstone Family Programs and Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs.
Mr. Caudillo holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Business. He has completed Executive Education Programs at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Management, Villanova University and Wharton. He is a graduate of Leadership Morris and a member of the AJC Latino-Jewish Coalition.
Mr. Caudillo has established an endowment fund at his Alma Mater, the University of Illinois for Hispanic American students pursuing STEM studies. He now serves on the University of Illinois President’s Council and the University’s Chancellor’s Circle.
Maria P. Isaza
Maria P. Isaza is an Associate Professor and the Chairperson of the Biology and Chemistry Department in the Health and Natural Science Division at the County College of Morris (CCM) in Randolph, NJ. She was born in Cali, Colombia and immigrated to the United States in 1990.
Maria graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology from the College of St. Elizabeth in 2002. She received her Ph. D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2009. She started working at CCM in 2007 as an adjunct professor and was hired as a fulltime professor in 2008.
As Chairperson, Maria oversees the functioning of the Biology and Chemistry Department at CCM, manages 15 fulltime faculty and 34 adjuncts, as well as teaches Biology lectures and laboratories. She also serves on several committees including the College’s Strategic Enrollment Management, Academic Standards and General Education committees as well as the College Council.
Maria is an active member of the American Society for Microbiology and the Metropolitan Association of College and University Biologists. She has been a Morris County resident for the past 25 years and currently resides in Dover, NJ with her family.
Jocelyn Lukac was born in Caracas, Venezuela. In 1987 she obtained a JD degree from the Universidad Católica Andres Bello. She moved to the USA in 2003, she completed the Paralegal program from Fairleigh Dickson University and the Mediation Program from Rutgers University. She has 8 years experience in Residential Real Estate and is currently working as Paralegal in All-Pro Title Group.
Besides her personal experience as an immigrant, the two years working with the former Dover Credit Union gave her exposure and knowledge of many situations that the Hispanic community faces daily while they seek for their American Dream. These are her motivation to commit to help the community not only through her daily work using her knowledge and language assisting those acquiring real property but also as mediator and serving as a Board Member of the Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs.

Maribel is the founder and President of Alliance Promotional Products. A New Jersey based SBE/MWBE Certified Promotional Products Company since February 2006. The company supplies strategic marketing and promotional solutions to companies throughout the USA, Canada and the Caribbean.
Maribel has over 25 years of experience in the promotional products industry. Her expertise is in marketing communications and sales.
Maribel also serves as Marketing Communications Manager for John Guest USA, Inc., an international British Manufacturer of plastic quick connect fittings. She develops and executes the company’s strategies for market penetration and market segment growth –as well as, leveraging the brand as the quality value leader in North and South American markets via ad campaigns, trade show participation, focus groups, and special promotions. She has held this position for over 17 years.
Maribel has written several articles that have helped the company gain exposure and brand recognition in the Water Quality, Vending & OCS, Marine & RV, Compressed Air, Plumbing and Retail/DIY Markets. Her Articles “Plastic Prevails” focuses on fittings material technology advances; “New Legislation on the Way” provides readers with an insight into the new federal lead-free legislation, and how to prepare for compliancy; “Trade Show Techniques” is a marketing piece that helps readers measure the value of their trade show participation. Her articles have been published in several prominent trade journals with circulation throughout the Americas.
Ms. Pagan is a board member of the Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs and often volunteers for many efforts in the Hispanic community in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Maribel is an 20 year resident of New Jersey, she currently resides in Morris County with her husband of 21 years and 14 year old son.
Irma E. Para, M.A.S.
Board Vice Chair
Irma Parra arrived to the United States from Cuba in 2004. For more than ten years, Irma worked at a foundation supporting Saint Clare’s, a four-hospital regional healthcare system serving northwestern New Jersey. In her role as the Foundation Manager, and after serving as Annual Fund and Donor Relations Coordinator and other positions within the Foundation, she was able to manage the day to day operations of the Foundation and coordinated all aspects of fundraising and development.
In addition to academic degrees from Mexico and Cuba, Irma graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business and a Master’s Degree in Administrative Sciences with certifications in Non-Profit Management and Diplomacy and International Relations, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Irma is a member of the American Association of Notaries, Association of Fundraising Professionals, FDU Phi Omega Epsilon Honor Society and Steering Committee for Women in Non Profit Leadership, National Society of Leadership and Success, and is the recipient of the Sharon Dutra Memorial Award.
MCOHA is very close to Irma’s heart since when she arrived to the United States twelve years ago, she turned to us for help and MCOHA provided her and her daughter not just the support that they were desperately looking for, but the crucial direction to start their journey in this wonderful country. MCOHA’s support inspired hope and gratitude in her, and today she is a proud board member of the Board of Director and currently serves as Vice Chair.

Lydia Silfa, currently Vice President at TD bank has many years of banking experience with various banks in New York City including 15 years in Wall street in different capacity including Private Wealth and institutional Custody.
Lydia is active in the community and serves as Treasure of the Rockaway Borough Business Association. She has an undergraduate degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City University of New York and an advance in Economic Policy from The New School for Social Research.
Diego Chumaceiro is the Director of Hispanic Markets for Net Worth Management in Morristown, NJ. He is a financial consultant for individuals and employers in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He devotes much of his time educating members of the Hispanic Community understand their financial options and plans.
Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Diego studied Industrial Relations in Universidad Rafael Belloso prior to relocating to New Jersey in 2003. He holds a BA in Business from Centenary College, and also is a licensed agent for Life, Health, disability and Long term care insurances, as well as having a series 7 and 66 licenses for investment services.
Diego is a board member of the Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs, has a passion for the arts and currently resides with his wife Eva and son Sebastian in Summit, NJ.
Franco A. Meza

Francisco (Franco) A. Meza is a Senior Field Engineer at Philips Healthcare. Before joining Philips, Mr. Meza worked for twenty eight years as Field, Service and Support Engineer at General Electric Healthcare.
Mr. Meza received a B.S. in Electrical Engineer Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology of Newark. He has an extensive experience in all phases of medical diagnostic equipment, specializes in installation, repair and maintenance of Computerized Tomography (CT) equipment, and is recognized as a strong individual and team player with strong technical professionalism and commitment to customer.
His community involvement includes committee member of Saint Clare’s Breast Cancer Walk and Saint Clare’s Saints Classic Golf Outing, personnel chairman in charge of 2,200 volunteers at Saint Clare’s Harvest Festival, member of IEEE Association, and member of the USSF as referee for the Morris County Soccer Federation.
